🔥 BVNE Texas Photos

The Project Serve bid event looks like it was a great beach volleyball tournament! We wish we could have been there, but that’s why we started an affiliate program. Finding trusted individuals who believe player success is the goal is our key. We want all our players to succeed and hope that their successful beach volleyball career, either for fun or for college recruiting, reflects back on us in the long run.

Click on each of the photos to see it full size. We hope to see you all again on October 20th!

New transfer rule eliminates permission-to-contact process

To a lot of student athletes, especially those in division 1 schools, this is big news. Student-athletes can now seek transfer to another college without the approval of their coaches. To put it another way, coaches can no longer block student athlete transfers. Anything related to NCAA regulations is always difficult to follow given the myriad of regulations that have been created over the years for everyone’s own interests and goals. We’re sure there are a lot of conversations going in in compliance offices, with recruiters, and maybe even college coaches. Give this a careful read before you get started.

Beginning in October, Division I student-athletes will have the ability to transfer to a different school and receive a scholarship without asking their current school for permission.

Barons Volleyball at Fountain Valley High School

The Endless Summer Volleyball Club started as an indoor club called Team WAVE, which is the parent organization behind BVNE. Since then, Team WAVE has become a beach only club under the new name. After that change, we had equipment sitting unused that needed a new home. When we heard the Fountain Valley High School Barons volleyball program needed equipment, it was a perfect fit to donate our indoor poles and practice balls. We are so happy we could make this donation to Fountain Valley. Good luck on your indoor season!

BVNE Juniors Beach Club League for club and high school teams

This Saturday August 11th, 2018 is the start of the fall season of the Juniors Beach Club League! High schools and clubs at all levels come to play, grow and win with BVNE. Our JBCL league has two seasons per year, and places players in divisions by ability. In high school or club volleyball, players at all levels play at the highest level they can. JBCL players work with their club or high school coaches to play in grow in high school divisions 1 through 5, or the 14U, 12U divisions.

What makes the JBCL more than just a tournament series is the starters divisions.  This is where coaches and BVNE staff help first time players play in their first tournaments. Coaches can help new players with special coaching rules, the BVNE team helps players learn how to report scores and get to know tournament formats, and everyone is there to help ensure good sportsmanship at the event. Check out our schedule for JBCL events or visit the JBCL website for more details!

This is what growing the game looks like, and BVNE would to thank the King of the Beach® organization for their support again this year!
