Weather Policy

In general, tournaments will not be cancelled due to light to moderate rain. Play will be suspended if thunder is heard or there is a lightning strike within visual range of the tournament.

On dates where severe weather such as large thunderstorms, tropical storms, hurricanes, tornados, flooding, or other dangerous conditions, events may be rescheduled, postponed, delayed for short periods, or cancelled. If an event is cancelled, refunds will be processed automatically. Any events where the date is changed due to unsafe weather conditions, all teams will be notified through the email that each was registered with.
